Last updated: 6 November 2026

Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

infoeldra operates this website as a professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms. The site provides educational material on studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and high-quality workflows for television news and live shows.

Eligibility and permitted use

Users must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of forming binding contracts under UK law. Access is permitted solely for lawful personal or professional educational purposes related to studio production. You may view, download and print limited portions of the material for your own non-commercial study provided you do not alter it or remove any notices. Commercial exploitation, systematic copying or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent from infoeldra.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers. Activities such as scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, introducing malware or interfering with service integrity are forbidden. You must not post or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise unlawful. infoeldra reserves the right to monitor usage and to take action against violations including reporting to relevant authorities.

User accounts, submissions and content

Although the site does not currently require user accounts for basic access, any future registration or submission of material such as feedback or course enquiries must be accurate and lawful. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant infoeldra a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it for site improvement and service delivery. You are responsible for ensuring submitted material does not infringe third-party rights.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, video, audio and other materials on the site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Trademarks belonging to infoeldra or its partners may not be used without permission. You may quote short passages for criticism or review provided you give appropriate attribution and do not imply endorsement. Any other reproduction requires written approval.

Third-party services and links

The site may reference third-party tools, platforms or resources commonly used in studio production. Such references do not constitute endorsement or warranty. infoeldra is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any external services. Users should review the terms of any third-party sites they visit.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

infoeldra aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be suspended for maintenance, updates or legal reasons without notice. infoeldra may terminate or restrict access at its discretion if these terms are breached. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

The material is provided for educational guidance only and does not replace professional training or equipment manuals. While reasonable care is taken, infoeldra makes no warranties that the information is complete, accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the preceding section, infoeldra and its officers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid by you for access in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling if no payment was made. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify infoeldra against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit. This indemnity survives termination of your access.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may bring proceedings in their local courts. Alternative dispute resolution options remain available where applicable under consumer protection legislation.

Severability, waiver, changes and contact

If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. infoeldra may update these terms periodically; the current version will always be displayed with its effective date.
